Let me just say this:  Trying to run, and grow, a non-profit, with no pay, in the odd hours of you life, while working a 45+ hour a week job to pay the bills, and wrestling with your spouse over little details that you have to wrestle over, is not easy.  And I’m not even doing the lion’s share of the work. Not even close.
